Padhin (In Tamil –பதின்) is the project aimed at serving the Children (Teen Age) from Age 13 to 19. This project will be governed by the Students wing of LAA and will be aimed at the following:
- Fulfilling the Education needs of Children
- Collaborating with Children Care Homes to understand the needs of the children and to fulfill their needs
- Train aspiring students to prepare for Competitive Exams, Interviews, Government Exams, Etc., LAA will tie up with professionals to drive the same
- Create awareness to the students on deciding the right Higher Studies
- Soft Skill Trainings to those who are interested
We need volunteers from different career streams who can contribute just a couple of hours every month in training / coaching students in various aspects. Your contribution in terms of knowledge will help several students to achieve their dream carrier
GIST: Through Project Padhin we are helping the Teenage children not only limited to Education but also in various aspects like Awareness on what are the ways to choose a carrier, Skillset for the next level, Physical games, and more.
